Blair Co., PA (WJAC) — One of three Blair County men who was charged following an ATF investigation into illegal firearms sales and firearms trafficking has entered a guilty plea in the case.
According to federal authorities, Harry Miller, age 47, of Martinsburg, appeared in court Monday where he pleaded guilty to multiple counts related to the possession, manufacturing and trafficking of illegal firearms.
In April, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, & Explosives charged Miller and Craig Zahradnik following a "extensive" investigation into various federal weapons violations.
Last month, more charges were filed against Miller and Zahradnik, as well as a third man, Wayne Farabaugh.
Court documents revealed that federal agents seized dozens of guns, many of which lacked serial numbers, and noted that none of the men were licensed gun manufacturers or firearms dealers.
Federal authorities say Miller faces up to 70 years in prison.
He is scheduled to be sentenced in March of 2024.
